If you are having trouble completing your payment, we would advise you to first contact your bank for assistance, as they will often be able to explain and/or resolve the issue for you.
As long as your gift has not been shipped, we are able to make changes to your invoice for you. As soon as the order has been shipped, this is no longer possible. The quickest way to request a change to your invoice is by email.
The invoice and all other information concerning your gift will be emailed to you only. The gift will be sent without any further information, to ensure that the person receiving the gift won’t be able to see it. They will only get to see their amazing gift!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to post-pay your order.
It is not possible to pay on account for private orders. If you would like to place a business order and pay on account, please contact our Sales Department at sale@tailoredgift.shop
There are several payment methods available. If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, please choose one of the following payment methods: Debit card, Credit Card or PayPal. We will then receive your payment immediately and send out your order as soon as possible.
We also offer an offline / manual bank transfer payment option. This does not immediately lead to the creation of a payment and transfer of funds from your bank to Tailored Gift. Instead, you will receive the destination bank account details and additional parameters in your confirmation email, and can then perform a bank transfer using your bank’s software or physical facilities.
Please note: The offline / manual bank transfer payment can take up to 3 working days to be processed from the moment the payment is made and your order will not be created or shipped until the payment has been processed.
