Shipping
When you place your order, you will see all the available delivery options and the estimated delivery date in your shopping basket. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification letting you know it has been dispatched.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it at your own expense. Upon receiving your order, we will issue a full refund for the items and shipping, if applicable.
Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
